No. And whatever you do, do NOT use a choke collar. My suggestion is that if her dogs barks all the time that she sprays it with a water bottle when it does, and say “NO”. Eventually she’ll learn that if she barks = she gets sprayed, and hopefully won’t do it that much.
Assuming the dog doesn’t like to get sprayed lol, but most small dogs don’t.
